Nimknits accepts online payments with Visa and Mastercard.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Nimknits uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL protocol. This ensures that your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorized parties.
The payment will be charged immediately upon completion of the purchase.

Delivery
Patterns are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provided at checkout.
Delivery normally takes place immediately after payment has been completed.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods
By purchasing digital products/patterns, you acknowledge and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived, as the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
Warranty & Complaints
All digital products come with a 2-year warranty according to Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in the file itself (e.g. a corrupted or incomplete PDF).
Claims regarding defects must be made to Nimknits within a reasonable time after discovery.
As a guideline, within 2 months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.
